How to Start a Shell Gasoline Station Franchise

January 18, 2021 by Carby 46 Comments

Shell is a reputable name in the field of energy and petrochemicals. Philippines has the privilege of being one of the countries wherein Shell has chosen to share its products, technology, and manpower. Another good thing about it is that now, they are offering business opportunities to other investors through their expansion program that requires minimum investment cost. Being part of a company that adheres to the development of every country and individual is a chance you don’t want to pass up. If you have the qualifications, grab the chance to maximize your earning potential by joining Shell Philippines.

Company Background: Shell Franchise

In 1897, Shell Philippines started mainly as a kerosene distributor in the Philippines. The business grew tremendously in the succeeding years and by 1940, Shell products were being sold in several areas in the country with the help of installations and depots built in different strategic locations nationwide. After 20 years, the first crude refinery was established in Batangas and made Shell a major company in the manufacture and refinery of petroleum products. In the late 1970’s the company became directly involved in the oil and gas exploration and production to minimize the country’s dependence on imported oil. In 1986, Pilipinas Shell owned the majority of the Philippine Petroleum Corporation, the only lube oil refinery in the Philippines. Shell Philippines celebrated its centennial anniversary in the country last 2014.

      good morning!

I am evelyn d arnejo, residing here in zamboanga city… my family is seriously interested to apply for a Shell Dealership/Franchise to be located at Silang, Cavite along the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay road. There’s a lot there we can rent with an area of 1,300 sq.m. with a frontage of 46meters… can we apply for a company-owned station? and considering my age, i am already 58 yrs old, can our daughter apply for the franchise but the financials will be mine, considering that we will be financing the venture? By the way, I am a retired employee of the biggest government bank in the country and i will be investing my retirement proceeds. We have a condo unit at Paseo Parkview Suites, cor Valero & Sedeno Sts. which makes your Head Office a walking distance from us… We will visit your office when we arrive there as I have several queries.
      Thank you.

    To whom it may concern,

    Good day.
We Joel Mariano and Shella Alfonso presently working here in Italy as an OFW(Overseas Filipino Workers) are willing to franchise a “Dealer owned” Shell Gasoline Station. We have parcel of land at Alaminos City, Pangasinan which is a very good site for a gasoline station. This site is found near the LTO (Land Transpotation Office) Alaminos, corner of National Road and Braganza Road 700 meters more or less before the city proper.
Can you please send us further information on how to avail the franchise and how much money needs for it. Any way, the site is about 5648 squaremeter of area and we think it is not necessary to occupy all the area and we are planning to lease the remaining area.
Thanks and we look forward for your positive response.

    Respectfully Yours,
    Joel & Shella

    Good Morning,

I have been allocated a 1.3ha piece of land to develop a shopping center. I have attached a diagram that will give you a location of the site.
The site is in the South East of Botswana in the village of Ramotswa.

I wish to start my development with a Filling Station and hereby esquire about requirements from Shell and the models that Shell applies. I have approached the local Citizen Enterprenual Funding Agency
and the agency have preliminary indicated that they can fund a Filling Station as the Government of Botswana fleet will soon be fueling on private filling stations.

To the possible venture/ investment with Shell I will be bringing site and possibly funds from the agency. What is your advice on my situation.

    Thank you and best regards.

Hi, I am willing to franchise a Company Owned Outlet as I don’t have the lot and the expertise the run an independent outlet.

I am an 8-yr OFW and I don’t plan to be out of the country for so long. I am thinking that having with a Company Owned Station would be a start. Since I am an OFW, I am willing and able to operate a station far from my house and comfort zone as a start, and eventually having stations in my own preferable locations.

I work in the oil field and the experience I have from this job would be very helpful in following the HSE standards of Shell…

Hoping to hear from you guys soon…

    Hello Shell Franchise Owners

I was wondering if the Shell Gas Station located at 3101 Artesia Blv city of Torrance, Ca is a Franchise location? I was wondering what are your procedures and policy when young adults work grave yard? Are they protected and in which way to the extend is Shell responsible for an employee during an armed robbery meaning stealing from the gas station to an employees personal belongings? Also, are employees aware or notified of there safety if that Shell gas station has had any prior robberies before? I believe that specially when hiring young adults like ages 18-22 years of age and giving them grave yard shifts you guys should hire security or police doing rounds to check up on an employee who is working by them selfs. if this location is one of yours look into a recent armed robbery on an employee at age 19 yrs old and pulled gun pointed to her and no security nor any safety patrol seccuring the area was available specially woman working alone.

I have solved how to create petroleum from
    1) 8 Methane molecules at STP, natural gas reserves like what we have offshore,
    2) hydro-electricity, like what we’re working to bring down from Labradour!
We have alot of unused gas reserves that can be produced as synthetic Octane gasoline worth loads of money$$$!
Can anyone finance the patent required experiment, for 40% of equity, although it should be financed by the gov’t!
We can make extra Methane gas from NfLb. limestone surfacemined on dryland!

Granted that 1) The Oil Boom is the only boom NfLb. has experienced since Confederation,
    2) The Carbon tax is a form of encrouchment of federal taxation on a provincial area of responsibility,
    3) the making of gasoline from limestone (CaCO3), liberates 3 Oxygen for every Carbon that goes into gasoline!
Don’t let the Carbon tax exist, since it taxes the 3 Oxygen by the same rate as Carbon! It also robs us on behalf of rich Canada!

    1) If the U.S. DOE pays 100% of the cost of Inventing and patenting how to chemically convert 8 Methane gases, natural gas, into 1 Octane gasoline for 40% of equity! Estimated cost is $5,000 to $20,000 for the experiment and patenting!
    2) Then I create NovaOGas Ltd. with the U.S. D.O.E. holding 40% of shares! 60% of shares in NovaOGas Ltd. is traded for 100% of my patent to convert natural gas into Octane gasoline, entirely from me!
    3) NovaOGas Ltd. then invents and patents how to chemically convert 8 limestone molecules 8(CaCO3) into 1 Octane gasoline molecule (C8) & 24 Oxygen atoms!
    4) NovaOGas Ltd. then invents and patents how to chemically convert 8 Potash Rock molecules 8(KCO3), into 1 Octane gasoline molecule (C8) & 24 Oxygen atoms!
Octane gasoline, Jet Fuel, may be combusted in fuel injection, combustion cylinders as modern car engines’ have!

Of course making artificial gasoline is good for the enviroment because
    1) synthetic Octane gasoline only combusts (8×2=)16 Oxygen per molecule of fuel while Regular gasoline combusts (20×2=) 40 Oxygen per molecule of fuel!
    2) Making gasoline from Limestone also liberates 24 Oxygen / Octane gasoline made, compared with none freed from Regular gasoline!
    3) They both perform simularly, not 16/40!
    4) We also need the jobs in NfLb.!

I also know how to convert random waves offshore our south coast from Port aux Basques to St.Lawrence into D.C. electricity then convert it into A.C. electricity!

to produce petroleum from Methane gas…
    1) I want to experimentally patent how to electrolyse 8 Methane gas molecules into 4 Ethane gas molecules!
    2) Then I want to experimentally patent how to electrolyse those 4 Ethane gas molecules into 2 Butane gas molecules!
    3) Then I want to experimentally patent how to electrolyse those 2 Butane gas molecules into 1 Octane gas molecule!
    4) Then I want to condense that 1 Octane gas molecule into 1 Octane gasoline (Jet Fuel) molecule!
    5) Then I want to experimentally patent how to convert 8 limestone molecules 8(CaCO3) into 8 Methane gas molecules + 24 Oxygen atoms!
Have your secretary contact my people at 834-9700 or write or visit me at 91 Cherry lane, A1W-3B5, Conception Bay South, Newfoundland Labrador, Canada!

You can electrolyse 25 Cubic Feet of Methane gas into 1 Litre of synthetic Octane gasoline or Jet Fuel! At the standard price of $5/1,000 Cubic Feet the 25 Cubic Feet cost only 12.5 cents! That leaves the electricity to perform the electrolyse of the gas into gasoline! Use it for your Jet or to mix into other gasoline to lower its’ price while raising its’ performance since everyone know OCTANE gasoline performs above regular and beneath high quality!

    Dear Shell team,

We are from Max’s Group, Inc. — operator’s of Max’s Restaurant, Yellow Cab, Pancake House, Krispy Kreme, Dencio’s, Jamba Juice, Teriyaki Boy, and Sizzlin’s Steak.

We want to partner with your franchisees — if they are interested to put up our brands in their Shell Gas Station. May you refer us to someone whom we can coordinate too?

We can organise a business opportunity meeting for them.

    Thank you.
